Closing Update
Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Orlando Sunset Walk owners can expect to receive notification from Imperial Title of Florida regarding the date of their estimated closing. Owners will also receive an additional notification 10 days before the closing date. Closings can be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk Sales Gallery, Imperial Title of Florida office, or remotely if you are an international buyer or reside in a different state.

IF YOU’RE FINANCING:
From this point to your closing date, do not take on new debt.
Do not do anything that will lower your credit score.
Don’t quit your job or sell your business.
Do not do anything that will affect your debt-to-income ratio.
