Yes! We currently have 23 remaining lockout units, consisting of both one-bedroom and studios.
2. Is there financing available for a condo hotel?
Yes! We are proud to partner with Lending Spot, renowned as a leading provider of condo hotel financing in the region. We offer a range of financing options to cater to different needs, including: Domestic, Foreign National, Up to 70% Financing, Bank Statement Loans, DSCR Loans, and we do not have Income Loans available.
3. When will the closing be?
